Time Trials, Menus & Fixes

Hey everyone!
Now that ratings are over for the GMTK game jam I've added a time trial mode (with dev times in the games description), menu features requested from reviews such as turning off screen shake and selecting level and a bunch of fixes to smooth out the experience.
